RECENT UPDATES/CHANGES:
Lucid now uses an EHR program called Jane for online scheduling and pre-visit COVID-19 screening. Please complete all surveys and intake forms, as directed. Failure to complete the COVID-19 screening will result in a cancelled appointment and cancellation fee. Text the office if you have technical difficulties or if you have questions about whether you pass the screening process.

CONSIDERATIONS BEFORE SCHEDULING:
1.) In the past 10 days, have you experienced new or worsening symptoms that could be COVID-19? If so, text Dr Olie at 412-444-8464 to discuss. You are only able to come in to the office if you receive specific approval.
2.) In the past 10 days, have you had any exposure to COVID-19? If so, please follow CDC guidelines including wearing a high quality mask (unvented N95, KN95, or similar) in public and around others indoors. If you have had a potential exposure, you are able to come in to the office if you are not experiencing symptoms AND you wear a high quality mask.

“I am fully vaccinated and boosted. Do I still need to wear a mask and complete the screening survey?” Yes. Even though the CDC says we are not required to isolate after exposure or travel, it is still respectful to share those details with your health care providers and those you have close contact with. As of 08/24/22, the CDC recommends taking special precautions after exposure including masking with a high quality mask AND getting tested 6 days after exposure.
